Cancellation Policies
Substitution of delegates is permitted at any time and at no extra charge.
Please note. The videos and slides of the presentations will be available via live streaming and on-demand for one month after the end of the event.
Cancellation of a registration received more than 30 days before the start of the event: 95% of the registration fee will be refunded.
Cancellation of a registration received between 30 days and 15 days before the start of the event: 75% of the registration fee will be refunded.
Cancellation of a registration received less than 14 days before the start of the event: No refund.
All notice of cancellation must be received in writing via email to conference@gii.co.jp
